Maintenance Of Impact Crusher

After the new machine being put into operation, at the end of every shaft, the operators should carry on overall check about the machine to make sure every part in good condition. This process should be done in the first two weeks, and then the operators only need to check the machine monthly. The motor and lubrication of impact crusher should be checked every week. Besides, the wear degree of main wear-resistant parts should also be checked weekly. In the following part, we mainly talk about the maintenance of the main parts, such as blow bar, impact plate and some other factors.

1. Adjust The Gap Between Rotor And Impact Plate

When the rotor is running, the gap between rotor and impact plate cannot be adjusted. If the raw materials block between the impact plate and plate shell, we suggest the operator lift the impact rack a little before adjusting the gap. In this case, the raw materials blocked will loose and fall down. And then we can adjust the gap by the adjustment device in the impact crusher.

2. Maintenance Of Blow Bar

As we know, the blow bar is the main crushing part in impact crusher. When the blow bar wears to a certain degree, the operator should adjust or replace it to avoid the damage of other parts. Firstly, open the rear case and then turn the rotor by hand. Move the blow bar to the access door and then fix the rotor. Remove the parts that fix the blow bar and then take the blow bar out from the access door.

3. Maintenance Of Impact Plate

The impact plate is also important wear-resistant part in impact crusher. The operator should check it regularly, and if found problem, the operator should immediately deal with it.
