M Sand Application

M-sand is crushed aggregates produced from hard granite stone which is cubically shaped with grounded edges, washed and graded with consistency to be used as a substitute of river sand. M-sand is free of such material and is produced by crushing hard granite stone when compared to river sand that is produced naturally from weathered rock. It adheres to the highest standards and the quality tests and fit for various construction applications, such as highway, railway, building etc.

M Sand Manufacturing Unit

Production of m-sand process involves three stages, crushing of stones in to aggregates by sand making machine, then fed into impact crusher to crush aggregates into sand to required grain sizes. Screening machine is applied to remove dust particles and washing of sand eliminates very fine particles present within. The sand making plants are available capacity up to 400 tph.

M-sand manufactured by sand making machine is cubical and angular in shape, so sand making machine is the best choice for m-sand manufacturing unit. Sand made by other types of machines is flaky, which is troublesome in working. The jaw crushers, are generally used for crushing stones in to aggregates. Manufactured sand from jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact often contain higher percentage of dust and have flaky particle, which need to be further crushed and processed.
