Project Background

The customer is a well-known private enterprise in the local. It has its own lime kiln with a daily output of 1500t, and its own plant of calcium hydroxide with a daily output of 700t. It has been working in the lime industry for 10 years, and one of the reasons for its continuous growth is the standardized business philosophy.

Project Advantages

The MTW Grinding Mill adopts the bevel gear overall transmission, so its structure is more compact, its installation adjustment is more convenient, and its failure rate is greatly reduced.

With a built-in oil pump, oil lubrication, automatic oil supply, transmission resistance reduction, the MTW Grinding Mill can save power about 1-2 degrees/ton.

The three systems, that is, main engine, fan and powder separator, adopt oil lubrication, which allows the MTW Grinding Mill to run continuously for a long time.

The MTW Grinding Mill adopts the design of arc duct + 0 resistance volute + overall surface. The air inlet is smooth, and the energy transmission efficiency is high.

We heard that ZENITH’s MTW European Trapezium Grinding Mills have good use effect, good production of fineness powder, etc. The final products were very consistent with the needs of powder plants, so we signed a large contract later.
